Cooking Instructions

Assemble salad by adding Salad Greens (4 cups), Endives (1 cup), Radicchio (1 cup), Navel Orange (1), Mandarin Orange (1), Fennel Bulbs (1 stalk), and Avocado (1) onto a platter.

To make the dressing: Add Lemons (2), Sunkist Navel Orange (1), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Honey (2 Tbsp), and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/3 cup) into a mason jar and shake. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Serve the dressing with salad or toss and serve immediately. Garnish with Sharp White Cheddar Cheese (4 Tbsp) and enjoy!
