Cooking Instructions
1.
Prepare
White Rice (1 1/2 cups)
in a streamer or pan with 3 cups of water. While rice is cooking, start cutting
Garlic (1 clove)

Carrot (1)
,
Onions (to taste)
, and
Beech Mushrooms (1 cup)
as small as possible.

The fried rice will be the inside of Ohmu. When the rice is cooked, start preheating a frying pan to medium heat, then put the cut veggies,
Salt (to taste)
,
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Canned Tomato Purée (3 Tbsp)
until the onion turns clear colored. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add the steamed rice and mix them all together.

Wash and peel the
Potatoes (2)
, then boil them for 15 minutes. Mash the potatoes with a bit of
Salt (to taste)
and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
.

Start boiling,
Broccoli (1 cup)
,
Fresh Spinach (9 oz)
, and
Spaghetti (20 pieces)
for later, while mashing the potatoes.

Cut the
Tomatoes (10)
for the Ohmu's eues. Cut the tomatoes as flat as possible, so it'll be easier to place them on the Ohmu body.
7.
To make the Ohmu we are going to put the
Black Olives (3/4 cup)
, boiled spinach,
Eggs (3)
, and a pinch of
Limes (2)
all into the blender.

Preheat the non-sticky pan medium-low, fry it for 2-3 minutes both sides. Try making 2-4 thin omelets.
9.
Place the fried rice on your plate and shape it like the Ohmu you want.
10.
Cut the omelet into 3 pieces. These are going to be the layers of Ohmu shell. When you tuck the pieces into Ohmu's body (fried rice) make sure the round part of the omelet goes to the head of the body.
11.
Place the tomatoes on the face, then put the mashed potatoes around the ohmu. Stick the steamed broccoli and
Beech Mushrooms (1 cup)
in mashed potatoes. Lastly place boiled pasta into the Ohmu's mouth and you are done!
