Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Dice the Onion (1/2) and Red Bell Pepper (1/2) .
Step 2
Thinly slice Garlic (5 cloves) . Roughly chop Sun-Dried Tomatoes (3/4 cup) .
Step 3
Thinly slice Spicy Italian Sausages (1 lb) .
Step 4
Bring a large pot of water to boil, add a large pinch of Salt (to taste) . Add Pasta Shells (13 oz) and cook according to package directions until al dente.
Step 5
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) then add sausages. Cook until sausage is cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 6
Add onions and cook for 3 minutes, until translucent. Add red bell pepper and cook until almost softened, about 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) . Stir and cook for about 1 minute.
Step 8
Add Water (1 cup) and deglaze the pan. When it comes back to boil, add Cream (1 1/2 cups) and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Add Grated Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and cook until melted.
Step 9
After the cheese is melted, turn off the heat and add in Fresh Spinach (7 1/2 cups) , season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 10
Combine pasta, sausage, and sauce.
Step 11
Serve warm with a sprinkle of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste) .
