Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.
Brown Lean Ground Beef (1 pound) in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, mix the Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/4 cup), Ricotta Cheese (1 tub), Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup), Egg (1), and Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup) until blended. Set aside.
Drain the meat then return it to the skillet. Add Marinara Sauce (1 jar) to the meat and stir to combine. Add Water (1 cup) to the empty sauce jar, cover with a lid and shake well. Pour into meat mixture; stir until blended.
Spread 1 cup of meat sauce onto the bottom of the baking dish; top with layers of 3 Lasagna Noodles (12), 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture, and 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat layers twice.
Top with the remaining noodles, meat sauce, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/4 cup), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup). Cover with foil that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 1 hour or until heated through, removing foil after 45 minutes.
Let it cool for 15 to 30 minutes before cutting to serve. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
