Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a bread tin with parchment paper and lightly grease with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed).
Into a large bowl, combine the All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Soda (1 1/2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1 1/2 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (2 teaspoon), Ground Allspice (1 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon).
In a medium-sized bowl add the Apple Sauce (1 cup) and whisk in the Vegan Butter (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Egg Replacer (2), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), and Almond Milk (6 tablespoon). Whisk just till combined.
Add the flour mixture to the apple sauce mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to well combine.
Transfer batter to the baking tin and bake for 50-55 minutes.
While the loaf bakes, make the glaze by combining the Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) and Water (1 teaspoon) in a bowl. Stir until combined.
Cool for 5 minutes in the bread tin and remove and cool completely on the wire rack. Serve with vegan butter or drizzle whole loaf or each piece individually with the glaze!
