In a large slow cooker, add the Yellow Onion (1), Carrots (4), Celery (4 stalks), Garlic (4 cloves), Chicken Stock (8 cups), Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2), Bay Leaves (2), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), and Dried Rosemary (1 tsp). Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
