In a large bowl, combine Fresh Spinach (2 cup), Radicchio (1), Granny Smith Apple (1), Carrot (3), Radish (3), Walnut (1/2 cup), Canned Chickpeas (3/4 cup) and Scallion (2).
Add in Sea Salt (1/2 teaspoon). Toss together excluding avocado.
Whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 teaspoon), Honey (1 tablespoon) and Garlic (1 clove). a small bowl. Give it a taste test. If you like it sweeter, add a touch more honey. If you like more vinegar, add a touch more apple cider vinegar.
Toss dressing with salad and top with Avocado (1). Serve and enjoy!
