In a large bowl, combine Fresh Spinach (2 cups) , Radicchio (1) , Granny Smith Apple (1) , Carrots (3) , Radishes (3) , Walnuts (1/2 cup) , Canned Chickpeas (3/4 cup) and Scallions (2) .
Step 2
Add in Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) . Toss together excluding avocado.
Step 3
Whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup) , Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove) . a small bowl. Give it a taste test. If you like it sweeter, add a touch more honey. If you like more vinegar, add a touch more apple cider vinegar.
Step 4
Toss dressing with salad and top with Avocado (1) . Serve and enjoy!
