Into a mixing bowl, add your Avocados (4) chopped Red Onion (1), Garlic (1 clove), Green Bell Pepper (1), Fresh Cilantro (2 Tbsp), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2 1/4 cups), and Salt (to taste), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix everything with a good stir.
