For the stuffing, cut the Apple (1), Green Garlic (2 clove), Yellow Zucchini (1/2), Fresh Thyme (2 teaspoon), and Dried Apricot (1) into small cubes. Finely chop the Red Onion (1) and Zucchini (1/2).
Add the onion, zucchini, apple, and apricot into a bowl. Add the green garlic and thyme. Mix with the Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), Salt (1 pinch), and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
Stuff the Whole Chicken (1) with the mixture.
Place the chicken in the Airfryer and sear at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
In a pan, melt the Honey (100 gram) and the juice of the Lemon (1). Add Salt and Black Pepper to taste. Remove the chicken from the Airfryer, rub with part of the honey mixture.
Turn the Airfryer to 275 degrees F (140 degrees C) and put in the chicken. Drizzle every 15 minutes with the honey mixture until it's used up. Cook for 60 minutes.
