In a wok or skillet, over medium-high heat, add Olive Oil (1 tablespoon). When the oil shimmers, add Garlic (2 clove) and Onion (1/2 cup). Cook until transparent without burning the garlic.
Slowly stir-fry by adding one vegetable type at a time, Carrot (1 cup), Broccoli Florets (1 cup), Snow Pea Pods (1 cup), and Green Beans (1 cup), Celery (1 cup) giving them 1 to 2 minutes in between. Cooking it for more than that will overcook the veggies and result in a dull-colored presentation.
Add the Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoon), Chinese Noodles (1 packet), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Water (1 cup), Sesame Oil (2 tablespoon), and the remaining Soy Sauce (2 tablespoon). Stir fry all the ingredients until they are all blended and heated through.
Serve with a slice of Lemon (1) and a sprig of Fresh Cilantro (to taste).
