In a mixing bowl, stir Butter (120 gram) to light. Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (90 gram) and mix well. Add Egg (1) Yolk and mix well again.
Sieve in All-Purpose Flour (150 gram), Corn Flour (15 gram), Vanilla Powder (1/2 teaspoon) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (30 gram), add Almond Meal (45 gram), fold well with a rubber spatula.
Lastly add in Walnut (50 gram) and mix well to form a soft dough.
Roll the dough into small balls - put on plastic gloves, about 10-12 gram each and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Cool down the cookies completely and dust some icing sugar over them.
