In a mixing bowl, stir Butter (4 oz) to light. Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3/4 cup) and mix well. Add Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) Yolk and mix well again.

Sieve in All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Corn Flour (2 Tbsp), Vanilla Powder (1/2 tsp) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/3 cup), add Almond Meal (1/2 cup), fold well with a rubber spatula.

Lastly add in Walnut (1/3 cup) and mix well to form a soft dough.

Roll the dough into small balls - put on plastic gloves, about 10-12 gram each and place on a lined baking tray.

Bake in preheated oven at 340 degrees F (170 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
