Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Grease an 8×8-inch pan.
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Cornmeal (2/3 cup), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon) and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).
Beat Butter (6 tablespoon) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) until fluffy. Add Egg (2), one at a time until well combined. Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
Add flour in 3 batches alternating with Milk (2/3 cup) in 2 batches. Spread into prepared pan.
Dot with Fresh Blueberries (1 cup) and sprinkle Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon) over top. Bake for 50 minutes until golden and beautiful.
Let cool slightly on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
