In a medium bowl, whisk the Apple Cider Vinegar (2 Tbsp) , Plain Greek Yogurt (1 Tbsp) , Just Jan’s® Seedless Raspberry Spread (2 Tbsp) , Poppy Seeds (1 Tbsp) , Dry Mustard (1/4 tsp) , Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
While whisking, slowly incorporate the Grapeseed Oil (2 Tbsp) until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
In a bowl, toss the Spinach Leaves (2 cups) , Romaine Lettuce (1 cup) , Eggs (2) , Red Onion (1/4) , and Red Bell Pepper (1/2) with the dressing.
Step 4
Top with Roasted Almonds (to taste) , Goat Cheese (to taste) , and Bacon (to taste) .
