Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To make the Ninja Potato, boil the whole Potato (1) for 15 minutes until cooked.
Step 2
Cut the Nori Sheet (1) into thin strings.
Step 3
Wet the seaweed strings with water and wrap the strings around the boiled potato.
Step 4
Poke two dents with chopsticks around the eye area, then stuff the dents with cooked potatoes.
Step 5
Cut the seaweed into two tiny dots and place the dot seaweed on the eyes.
Step 6
To make the Vegan Nikujaga, cut the Onion (1) , Potatoes (2) , and Carrot (1/2) .
Step 7
Cook the onion until they turn transparent.
Step 8
Add the rest of the veggies to the onion.
Step 9
Add water to the veggies.
Step 10
Add the Mirin (1/4 cup) , Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp) , Sake (3 Tbsp) , Salt (1 Tbsp) , and Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) to the vegetables.
Step 11
Put a lid and simmer for 20~30 min with mid-low heat.
Step 12
Then grab your Ninja Potato, put on top of Vegan Nikujaga, and go crazy with it. Serve and enjoy!
