In a mixer or bread machine, add in all of the bread dough ingredients starting with Water (1/2 cup), Instant Dry Yeast (1 tsp), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups).

Add in Milk Powder (1 Tbsp), Salt (as needed), and lastly Vegetable Oil (5 tsp). Knead for 20 minutes until it is elastic.

Once done, let it proof for 1 hour.

Remove the air from the dough on a dusted surface and shape it into a disk. Divide it into 4 pieces.

Roll the discs into a ball. Let it proof for about 1 hour or until double in size.
