Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, add Dried Fruit Mix (1 cup) Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Dry Mixed Spice (1/2 teaspoon),Ground Nutmeg (1/2 teaspoon), Green Apple (1), Sunkist Orange (1 teaspoon), Lemon (1 teaspoon), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), Brandy (1 tablespoon), and melted Butter (30 gram). Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Step 3
To a food processor, add All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3/4 cup) and chopped Butter (120 gram). With the lid on, blend on low until the mixture resembles crumbs.
Step 4
Add in Water (2 tablespoon) and blitz until mixture resembles a dough. Split dough into two portions.

On a floured surface, roll each portion out individually. Then, using a large cookie cutter, cut out 12 rounds from each pastry sheet.
Step 6
In a lightly-greased patty pan, put a round into each hole. Spoon the mince mixture into the cup and place another round on top of the cup. With a knife, make a small hole in the top of each pie.
Step 7
Beat an Egg (1) in a cup and brush lightly over the top of each of the pies. Sprinkle with Granulated Sugar (to taste) and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Leave baked pies in the tin for 20 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
