Cooking Instructions
1.
In a fry pan, add
Olive Oil (to taste)
and
Beef (2.2 lb)
and cook until brown. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.

In the same pan over medium heat, add
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Yellow Onions (2)
and
Carrots (2)
. Cook, stirring, for a couple minutes or until the vegetables have started to soften.

Add
Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1/4 cup)
,
Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp)
and
Water (1/2 cup)
. Stir together and allow to come to a boil.
4.
Add beef back in. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked all the way through.
5.
Season with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
. Cover and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
