This Easy Beef Hot Pot is a wonderfully quick weeknight main meal that can be made in around 30 minutes! Served with potatoes and mixed veggies, this classic hot pot recipe will become a regular “must make” at your house.

Cooking Instructions
1.
In a frying pan, add Olive Oil (as needed) and Beef (2.2 lb) and cook until brown. Transfer onto a plate and set aside.
2.
In the same pan over medium heat, add Garlic (2 cloves), Yellow Onions (2) and Carrots (2). Cook, stirring, for a couple minutes or until the vegetables have started to soften.
3.
Add Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups), Worcestershire Sauce (4 Tbsp), Fresh Thyme (1 Tbsp) and Water (1/2 cup). Stir together and allow to come to a boil.
4.
Add beef back in. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked all the way through.
5.
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Cover and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
6.
Serve and enjoy!
