Pour the Vegetable Oil (as needed) into a pan over low heat. Add in Yellow Onions (2), Carrots (3), and Banana (1). Cook the mix for five minutes while stirring it occasionally, until the onions start to go translucent and the carrots soften.

Add Fresh Ginger (2 tsp) and Mild Curry Powder (1 Tbsp). If you want the end product to be spicier, add Red Chili Pepper (1). Stir the mix a bit more.

Add Ground Beef (2.2 lb). Break it up with a wooden spoon and raise the heat up to medium-high. Cook until the for about ten minutes, until the meat is browned.

Put on the lid and reduce the temperature to low. Let it simmer for about fifteen minutes. Take off the lid and let is simmer more until the liqued starts to reduce.
