Cooking Instructions
1.
Use a spiralizer to spiralize the Carrots (3) and the Zucchini (3) into separate bowls.

Scoop out the Avocados (2) into a mixer. Add Olive Oil (4 Tbsp), Freshly Squeezed Lemon (1), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Ground Turmeric (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Use the mixer to create the sauce.

Pour some oil into a frying pan and add Ground Cumin (as needed). Put in the spiralized carrots and cook them while stirring until they start to soften.
4.
Add in the spiralized zucchini. Toss the mix lightly until everything is combined and the noodles are nice and tender. Then put the mix into a colander to drain for a few minutes.
5.
Add in the sauce, and mix it together with the vegetables. Season with Ground Coriander (1 Tbsp).
