Step 1
Put
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
into a ziplock bag. Seal it up and shake them together. Put in the
Beef Cheeks (2.2 lb)
and shake the mix together until all the pieces of meat are coated.
Step 2
Cut the
Red Potatoes (4)
into the slow cooker. Add in the
Carrots (4)
,
Yellow Onion (1)
,
Celery (3 stalks)
,
Garlic (2 cloves)
,
Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp)
and
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp)
. Season with black pepper, and add in the flour meat. Stir everything together.
Step 3
Pour the liquid
Beef Stock (4 cups)
over your mix. Also pour in the
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
. GIve the mix a final stir.
Step 4
Put on the lid and set the slow cooker to a low setting. Allow it to cook for seven and a half.
Step 5
While the mix is still cooking, stir in the
Frozen Green Peas (1 cup)
. Let it cook for thirty more minutes, then serve.
