All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
into a ziplock bag. Seal it up and shake them together. Put in the
Beef Cheeks (2.2 lb)
, and shake the mix together until all the pieces of meat are coated.
Red Potatoes (4)
into the slow cooker. Add in the
Yellow Onion (1)
Celery (3 stalks)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Tomato Paste (2 Tbsp)
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbsp)
. Season with black pepper, and add in the flour meat. Stir everything together.
Pour the liquid
Beef Stock (4 cups)
over your mix. Also pour in the
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
. GIve the mix a final stir.
Put on the lid and set the slow cooker to low setting. Allow it to cook for seven and a halt.
While the mix is still cooking, stir in the
Frozen Green Peas (1 cup)
. Let it cook for thirty more minutes, then serve.
