To the slow cooker, add Beef (2.2 lb) , All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) , and Curry Powder (1 Tbsp) . Stir together. Add Garlic (2 cloves) , Sultanas (1 cup) , Onions (2) , Green Apples (2) ,

Add Beef Stock (1 1/2 cups) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) , and stir. Cook for 4-6 hours.
Step 3
Serve with White Rice (to taste) and enjoy!
