Easy Veggie Burgers

Easy Veggie Burgers are a wonderful meat-free main meal that everyone will love. Chickpeas are combined with carrot, garlic, mushrooms, herbs and spices. Formed into patties and fried until golden and crisp, these burgers are not only delicious, but very healthy - give it a go!

Cooking Instructions

Into a bowl, add the GOYA® Chick Peas (2 cups) and gently mash them with a spoon. To that, add and mix the Garlic (1 clove) , Carrot (1) , Button Mushrooms (3) , Sun-Dried Tomatoes (4 Tbsp) , Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) Ground Coriander (1 tsp) , Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Breadcrumbs (1 cup) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .

Divide the mixture into 4 portions, and form each portion into a patty. Fry the patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.

Cut the Soft Bread Rolls (to taste) into half, and top it with some Salad Greens (to taste) . Then put the patty and the other half bread on top and serve!
