Into a bowl, add the Canned Chickpeas (400 gram) and gently mash them with a spoon. To that, add and mix the Garlic (1 clove), Carrot (1), Button Mushroom (3), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (1/4 cup),Egg (2) Ground Coriander (1 teaspoon), Paprika (1/2 teaspoon),Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Divide the mixture into 4 portions, and form each portion into a patty. Fry the patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
Cut the Soft Bread Rolls (to taste) into half, and top it with some Salad Greens (to taste). Then put the patty and the other half bread on top and serve!
