Into a bowl, add the Canned Chickpeas (2 cups) and gently mash them with a spoon. To that, add and mix the Garlic (1 clove), Carrot (1), Button Mushrooms (3), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (4 Tbsp),Eggs (2) Ground Coriander (1 tsp), Paprika (as needed),Breadcrumbs (1 cup), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Divide the mixture into 4 portions, and form each portion into a patty. Fry the patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
