Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large saucepan, add Olive Oil (as needed) . Over medium-high heat, add Sausages (2.2 lb) and cook for about 5 minutes, or until browned all over. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In the same saucepan, add Yellow Onion (1) , Garlic (2 cloves) and Carrots (3) . Cook, stirring, for a few minutes, or until the onions have softened.
Step 3
Add Curry Powder (1 Tbsp) and stir in until it becomes fragrant. Add Fruit Chutney (2 Tbsp) and Chicken Stock (2 cups) . Return sausages to the pot, cover and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce temperature and allow to simmer for 25 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Step 5
Stir in Frozen Green Peas (1 cup) . Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Allow to simmer for another few minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
