Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Put Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) into a large baking dish. Put it into an oven preheated to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a jug, add in All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (1 tsp) . Stir them together.
Step 3
In another jug, put Milk (1 1/2 cups) and Eggs (2) . Whisk them together. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
Step 4
Place Sausages (8) into the oil in the baking dish. Place the dish back into the oven for ten minutes. Flip the sausages over after five minutes.
Step 5
Pour the batter over the sausages and put it back to the oven for thirty or thirty five minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes, and serve with Gravy (to taste) .
