Put Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) into a large baking dish. Put it into an oven preheated to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 5 minutes.
In a jug, add in All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Salt and Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Parsley (1 teaspoon). Stir them together.
In another jug, put Milk (1 1/2 cup) and Egg (2). Whisk them together. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
Place Sausage (8) into the oil in the baking dish. Place the dish back into the oven for ten minutes. Flip the sausages over after five minutes.
Pour the batter over the sausages and put it back to the oven for thirty or thirty five minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes, and serve with Gravy (to taste).
