In a jug, add in All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Fresh Parsley (1 tsp). Stir them together.

In another jug, put Milk (1 1/2 cups) and Eggs (2). Whisk them together. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.

Place Sausages (8) into the oil in the baking dish. Place the dish back into the oven for ten minutes. Flip the sausages over after five minutes.
