In a mixing bowl, add Canned Black Beans (15 ounce), Corn Kernels (15 ounce), Plum Tomato (1), Avocado (1), Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup), Scallion (2), Red Bell Pepper (1), Ground Cumin (1/4 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste). Squeeze Lime (1) over top. Mix together.
