Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add Canned Black Beans (2 1/3 cups), Corn Kernels (2 1/2 cups), Plum Tomato (1), Avocado (1), Fresh Cilantro (4 Tbsp), Scallions (1 bunch), Red Bell Pepper (1), Ground Cumin (as needed), Chili Powder (as needed), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Squeeze Lime (1) over top. Mix together.
