Beat Egg (5) in a beater until it starts to foam. Add Salt (1 pinch) to the egg white so that they beat well. While beating the egg white, put Granulated Sugar (1 cup) and Distilled White Vinegar (1 teaspoon) into Corn Starch (2 teaspoon) and mix it up. Add the mixture into the egg white one spoonful at a time. Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and fold.
Take a pan lined with baking sheet. Use an 8-inch pan to trace it on the baking sheet so that the mixture will roughly be put on the sheet be around that size. Shape the pavlova into a circle. Preheat the oven to 215 degrees F (100 degrees C) and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes. Once time is up, leave it in the oven overnight to cool down.
Put Kiwifruit (2) and 2 tbsp of sugar into a beater and beat for 2 minutes to make whipped cream. Cut Orange (1) and Fresh Strawberry (3 cup). Transfer the strawberries on to a plate and mix it up with sugar and Heavy Cream (1 cup). Put whipped cream on top of pavlola, followed by strawberries and kiwi.
