Cooking Instructions

In a mixing jug, add Beef Stock (1 cup), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp), and Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp). Mix together. Set aside.

In a wok, heat Vegetable Oil (as needed). Add Beef Strips (1.1 lb) and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until meat is browned. Transfer to a clean bowl.

Into the same wok, add Scallions (1 bunch), Broccolini (1 cup), and Baby Corn (1 cup). Cook for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are warmed through.
4.
Return beef to the wok. Add Udon Noodles (7 oz) and the sauce. Cook for 3 minutes, or until the sauce has started to thicken.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
