Author's Notes

If you are using chicken without the bone, the cook time will be slightly shorter. Start checking internal temperatures at 30 minutes.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Add Dried Chives (1 Tbsp) , Dried Parsley (2 Tbsp) , Dried Basil (2 Tbsp) , Onion Powder (1 Tbsp) , Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp) , Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , Paprika (2 Tbsp) , Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) , Lemons (2) , and Olive Oil (1/4 cup) together in a large bowl and whisk.
Step 3
Place Tyson® Chicken Legs (4) in the bowl and toss together until all the chicken is coated.
Step 4
Place chicken legs on a baking sheet with your favorite Mixed Vegetables (to taste) and roast for an hour. Start checking the internal temperature at 45 minutes (you want to get to 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
Step 5
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes then serve!
