If you are using chicken without the bone, the cook time will be slightly shorter. Start checking internal temperatures at 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Add Dried Chives (1 Tbsp), Dried Parsley (2 Tbsp), Dried Basil (2 Tbsp), Onion Powder (1 Tbsp), McCormick® Garlic Powder (2 Tbsp), Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Ground Cumin (1 tsp), Paprika (2 Tbsp), Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp), {@10:}, and Olive Oil (1/4 cup) together in a large bowl and whisk.

Place Bone-In Chicken Legs (4) in the bowl and toss together until all the chicken is coated.

Place chicken legs on a baking sheet with your favorite Mixed Vegetables (to taste) and roast for an hour. Start checking the internal temperature at 45 minutes (you want to get to 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
