Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Add Dried Chives (1 tablespoon), Dried Parsley (2 tablespoon), Dried Basil (2 tablespoon), Onion Powder (1 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (2 tablespoon), Chili Powder (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Paprika (2 tablespoon), Sesame Seeds (1 tablespoon), Lemon (2), and Olive Oil (1/4 cup) together in a large bowl and whisk.
Place Bone-In Chicken Leg (4) in the bowl and toss together until all the chicken is coated.
Place chicken legs on a baking sheet with your favorite Mixed Vegetables (to taste) and roast for an hour. Start checking the internal temperature at 45 minutes (you want to get to 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes then serve!
