To a large non-stick skillet or wok, add the Butter (2 Tbsp) allow to melt. Add Shrimp (1 lb), season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and cook over medium-high heat for about three minutes. Remove shrimps and set aside.

Add Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp) and allow it to get hot. Add Onion (1), Mixed Vegetables (1 cup) and cook for about 2 minutes, or until vegetables begin to soften, stir occasionally. Add the Garlic (3 cloves), Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) and cook for one more minute, stirring​ occasionally.​
