Cooking Instructions

Step 1
To a large non-stick skillet or wok, add the Butter (2 Tbsp) allow to melt. Add Shrimp (1 lb) , season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and cook over medium-high heat for about three minutes. Remove shrimps and set aside.
Step 2
Add Cooking Oil (2 Tbsp) and allow it to get hot. Add Onion (1) , Mixed Vegetables (1 cup) and cook for about 2 minutes, or until vegetables begin to soften, stir occasionally. Add the Garlic (3 cloves) , Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) and cook for one more minute, stirring​ occasionally.​
Step 3
Push vegetables to one side of the skillet, add the Eggs (2) to the other side, and cook to scramble.
Step 4
Add the cooked White Rice (1 cup) , shrimps, and Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp) , and stir to combine. Cook until the rice and shrimps are reheated. Garnish with Scallions (to taste) and serve.
