Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
In a mixing bowl, shift All-Purpose Flour (115 gram) and Baking Powder (1 3/4 teaspoon).
Add Almond Flour (1 tablespoon) and mix well. Set aside.
Beat Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) and Caster Sugar (115 gram) mixture for about 10 minutes
Add Egg (2) one at a time while beating.
Add Vanilla Essence (1 teaspoon)
Fold in the flour and baking powder mixture prepared earlier.
Add half of the Pistachios (2 1/2 teaspoon) and Almonds (2 1/2 teaspoon) into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a prepared tin. Tin can be lined with parchment sheet or liner.
Sprinkle the remaining nuts and Raisins (2 1/2 teaspoon) on top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Check with a skewer or toothpick. Once done, remove to a wire rack and cool down. Serve and enjoy!
