Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, shift
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
and
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
.
Step 3
Add
Almond Flour (1 Tbsp)
and mix well. Set aside.
Step 4
Beat
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)
and
Caster Sugar (2/3 cup)
mixture for about 10 minutes
Step 5
Add
Eggs (2)
one at a time while beating.
Step 6
Add
Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
Step 7
Fold in the flour and baking powder mixture prepared earlier.
Step 8
Add half of the
Pistachios (1 Tbsp)
and
Almonds (1 Tbsp)
into the mixture.
Step 9
Pour the mixture into a prepared tin. Tin can be lined with parchment sheet or liner.
Step 10
Sprinkle the remaining nuts and
Raisins (1 Tbsp)
on top.
Step 11
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Check with a skewer or toothpick. Once done, remove to a wire rack and cool down. Serve and enjoy!
