Step 1
In a large bowl, take
Mozzarella Cheese (1 pckg)
,
Cheddar Cheese (1/3 cup)
,
Fresh Basil Leaves (1 bunch)
,
Fresh Oregano (1 bunch)
, then add
Finely Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Mix well.
Step 2
To prepare the slurry, take
Corn Starch (1 Tbsp)
and
Water (3 Tbsp)
in a small bowl, mix well until it forms a paste.
Step 3
Take a
Spring Roll Wrappers (10)
and stuff the cheese mixture with two slices of
Red Bell Pepper (1)
in the middle.
Step 4
Roll the wrapper tightly and apply the slurry in the end to seal the roll.
Step 5
Heat the
Vegetable Oil (as needed)
in the pan and deep fry the rolls for 3 to 4 minutes until the rolls turn a golden brown color. Served hot with sauce of your choice and enjoy!
