or Sweetener of Choice
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup)
Ice (to taste)
Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup)
Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp)
Powdered Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
Stevia (3 pckg)
Fresh Spinach (2 cups)
to blender or Ninja smoothie attachment, blend on high for 40-60 seconds.
Garnish with additional
Fresh Blueberries (to taste)
Hemp Seeds (to taste)
if desired. Serve and enjoy!
