Cooking Instructions

Add Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 cup), Ice (to taste), Banana (1/2), Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup), Ground Flaxseed (2 Tbsp), Powdered Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp), Stevia (3 pckg), and Fresh Spinach (2 cups) to blender or Ninja smoothie attachment, blend on high for 40-60 seconds.
