Step 2
Gently toss beet, radishes, herbs, Cottage Cheese (1/4 cup) , Pomegranates (1/2 cup) and Red Wine Vinegar (1/2 tsp) together all ingredients in a large bowl, seasoning with Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
