Combine Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 1/2 cup), Fresh Spinach (2 cup), Banana (1), and Chia Seeds (1 tablespoon) in a blender until smooth. It should be a bit thicker than a smoothie you would drink. Taste and add a bit of Vegan Honey (to taste) if needed to suit your taste.
Step 2
