Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine Ground Pork (1 pound) and Ground Beef (1 pound). Add Italian Seasoning (1/2 teaspoon). Mix well using a non-latex glove.
Step 2
Saute the Carrot (1 cup), Celery (1 cup), White Onion (1 cup) and Garlic (4 clove) in Butter (2 tablespoon) under medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the meat mixture into the pan. Turn up the heat, to medium-high, and saute until meat is fully cooked.
Step 4
Transfer the veggie and meat mixture into a large pot or crockpot.
Step 5
Add the Canned Crushed Tomatoes (2 can), Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 can), Tomato Paste (2 tablespoon), Red Wine (1 cup), Brown Sugar (3 tablespoon), Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup), Bay Leaf (2), Italian Seasoning (1 1/2 teaspoon) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon) into the pot. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Let simmer for at least 4 hours, about 8 hours is best. If cooking on stovetop, stir occasionally. Cover, but leave lid slightly open. Serve and enjoy!
