Step 1
Add
Avocado (1)

Garlic (2 cloves)

Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
, 1 tsp of
Lemon (1)

Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)

Salt (to taste)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
, and
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp)
to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add
Pasta (8 oz)
and cook according to directions. Be sure to reserve a cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.
Step 3
Add drained pasta into a saucepan over low heat. Add sauce and stir until the pasta is well coated. Add a couple of tablespoons of pasta water to loosen the sauce is needed.
Step 4
Add
Cherry Tomatoes (1/2 cup)
and stir for 1-2 minutes and then serve. Enjoy while warm or cold!
