Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour one loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, mix all wet ingredients: Butter (1/2 cup) , Brown Sugar (1 cup) , Eggs (2) , Canned Crushed Pineapple (1 can) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Zucchini (1 cup) .
Step 3
In a medium bowl, sift All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) with Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Salt (1/2 tsp) . Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir till combined. Do not overmix.
Step 4
Fold in White Chocolate Chips (1 cup) and Macadamia Nuts (1/2 cup) . Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Step 5
Bake for one hour.
Step 6
Let it cool before serving.
