Juicy, tender, flavorful Sunday meatloaf. Just like my mom used to make for me when I was a kid!

Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large bowl mix
Ground Beef (5.5 oz)
Ground Pork (10.5 oz)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Breadcrumbs (to taste)
Milk (1/3 cup)
Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup)
Place half the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet, and form into an 11-by-6-inch flat loaf.
Mortadella (3 oz)
Scamorza Cheese (1/3 cup)
on top of the meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.
Place the remaining meat mixture on top, then form into a loaf, encasing the filling.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes and serve!
