Nobody knows... but if you're looking to eat less of it, this meal plan is for you! 5 dinners that are gluten-free, delicious and easy to make on a weeknight.

Monday

This Sesame Chicken with Broccoli will be much better than your regular takeout!

Tuesday

Yum. This is decadent, but it doesn't have any carbs, so it's healthy, right? Fry some extra bacon to prep for dinner tomorrow.

Wednesday

Spaghetti Squash is a real life saver if you're gluten-free. Here's where your bacon comes in handy again and feel free to use whatever cheese you like- feta would work great here too.

Thursday

The cumin seeds on these chicken wings really make them zing! Any leftovers will hold in the fridge for three days.

Friday

These Mexican Stuffed Peppers are great because they use a lot of canned veg so it leaves the prep work to a minimum!
