Wash Basmati Rice (2 cups), strain and keep aside.

To a pan add Oil (3 Tbsp), Onions (3) and sautee till it becomes soft. Add Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp), Garlic (1 Tbsp), and Green Chili Peppers (4). Sautee till the raw smell goes away. Add Tomato (1) and cook well.
