Clean Button Mushroom (2 cup) with a damp cloth. Pluck or cut the stems from the mushrooms so that they are fairly hollow.
Step 2
Chop up the stems and mix them with the Cream Cheese (1/4 cup), Shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 tablespoon) and Jalapeño Pepper (1 tablespoon).
