Step 1
Cut
Chicken Breast (1)
into 1-centimeter pieces, about the size of a piece of popcorn. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Season chicken with
Salt (1/2 tsp)
and pour
Buttermilk (1 cup)
over top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Into a baking dish, add
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)

Dried Thyme (1/2 tsp)

Paprika (1/2 Tbsp)

Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)

Garlic Salt (1 tsp)

Dried Basil (1/2 tsp)

Dried Oregano (1/4 tsp)

Celery Salt (1/2 tsp)

Dry Mustard (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground White Pepper (1/2 tsp)
, and
Salt (1 tsp)
. Mix well.
Step 4
Coat chicken pieces in the flour and spice mixture.
Step 5
Heat
Vegetable Oil (4 cups)
to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain finished pieces on a paper towel.
