Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Vegan Puff Pastry (1 sheet)
for 10-15 minutes, until it unfolds easily.

Bake as is or roll out pastry sheet with a rolling pin for a bigger pizza. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Remove from baking sheet to cool.

Juice the
Lemon (1/2)
. You will need 1 teaspoon of juice.

, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Set aside.

and set aside. The water thins it out for drizzling.

When crust is mostly cool, spread avocado mixture evenly to edges. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato halves, and

Just before serving, drizzle with sriracha mayo, saving extra for dipping. Store leftovers in fridge. Enjoy!
