Step 1
Heat Vegan Beef Crumbles (1 pckg) with Grapeseed Oil (as needed) for about 5 minutes in a wok or pan, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add Carrots (2 cups) , Broccoli Florets (2 cups) , Red Cabbage (1 cup) , and Scallions (4 stalks) to pan with Quinoa (4 cups) .
Step 3
Add Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , (you can add more or less depending on preference), then mix and stir-fry for a few more minutes until the veggies have reached your desired doneness.
Step 4
Serve warm in large bowls and enjoy!
