Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Heat Vegan Beef Crumbles (1 package) with Grapeseed Oil (to taste) for about 5 minutes in wok or pan, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add Carrot (2 cup), Broccoli Florets (2 cup), Red Cabbage (1 cup), and Scallion (4 stalk) to pan with Quinoa (4 cup).
Step 3
Add Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), (you can add more or less depending on preference), then mix and stir-fry for a few more minutes until the veggies have reached your desired doneness.
Step 4
Serve warm in large bowls and enjoy!
