Step 1

piece into 6 long slices. Add a little

to the pan and cook each side of tofu for about 2 to 3 minutes
Step 3
Steam the
Sweet Corn (2 ears)
in a covered dish in 2 inches of water in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
Step 4
Cut corn off of the cob, fill
Whole Wheat Tortillas (1 pckg)
with tofu, corn,
Green Cabbage (1 cup)
,
Red Onions (1/4 cup)
,
Fresh Cilantro (to taste)
, and
Grape Tomatoes (to taste)
and top with peanut dressing. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
