Whisk Canola Oil (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Creamy Peanut Butter (1/4 cup), Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon), Sesame Seeds (1 tablespoon) together until blended and set aside.
Slice the Firm Tofu (1 package) piece into 6 long slices. Add a little Oil (to taste) to pan and cook about 2 to 3 minutes each side of tofu.
Steam the Sweet Corn (2 ear) in a covered dish in 2 inches of water in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked.
Cut corn off of the cob, fill Whole Wheat Tortilla (1 package) with tofu, corn, Green Cabbage (1 cup), Red Onion (1/4 cup), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and Grape Tomatoes (to taste) and top with peanut dressing. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
