Whisk Canola Oil (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (1/4 cup), Creamy Peanut Butter (1/4 cup), Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) together until blended and set aside.

Slice the Firm Tofu (1 pckg) piece into 6 long slices. Add a little Oil (as needed) to the pan and cook each side of tofu for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Cut corn off of the cob, fill Whole Wheat Tortilla (1 pckg) with tofu, corn, Green Cabbage (1 cup), Red Onion (1/4 cup), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and Grape Tomatoes (to taste) and top with peanut dressing.
