Whisk Canola Oil (1/2 cup), Soy Sauce (4 Tbsp), Creamy Peanut Butter (4 Tbsp), Pure Maple Syrup (4 Tbsp), Toasted Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp), Sesame Seeds (1 Tbsp) together until blended and set aside.

Slice the Firm Tofu (1 pckg) piece into 6 long slices. Add a little Oil (as needed) to the pan and cook each side of tofu for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Cut corn off of the cob, fill Whole Wheat Tortilla (1 pckg) with tofu, corn, Green Cabbage (1 cup), Red Onions (4 Tbsp), Fresh Cilantro (to taste), and Grape Tomatoes (to taste) and top with peanut dressing.
