When doubling recipe, increase avocados to 4 and increase onion to 1/2 cup (80 g).

Directions

Step 1
Dice the Red Onion (1/4) , Green Bell Pepper (1/2) and Roma Tomato (1) . Peel and pit the Avocados (2) . Prepare the Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Add the vegetables to the Vitamix in this order: onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and avocados. Add Salt (1 tsp) and blend on variable speed 1 and slowly move to 3 for 15-20 seconds.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and serve with chips. Enjoy!
