Stir a drizzle of Olive Oil (as needed), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) into the Couscous (1 cup).

Pile the couscous into a salad bowl, then layer on the Avocados (2), Oranges (2), and Apple (1), then sprinkle over the Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) and Fresh Parsley (to taste).

Mix together the juice of the Orange (1), juice of the Lemon (1/2), Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and pour into a small jug or jar to serve alongside the salad.
