Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Stir a drizzle of Olive Oil (to taste) and Salt and Pepper (to taste) into the Couscous (1 cup).
Step 2
Pile the couscous into a salad bowl, then layer on the Avocado (2), Sunkist Orange (2), and Apple (1), then sprinkle over the Sesame Seeds (2 teaspoon) and Fresh Parsley (to taste).
Step 3
Mix together juice of the Sunkist Orange (1), juice of the Lemon (1/2), Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and pour into a small jug or jar to serve alongside the salad.
