Cooking Instructions

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Stir a drizzle of Olive Oil (as needed) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) into the Couscous (1 cup) .
Step 2
Pile the couscous into a salad bowl, then layer on the Avocados (2) , Oranges (2) , and Apple (1) , then sprinkle over the Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp) and Fresh Parsley (to taste) .
Step 3
Mix together the juice of the Orange (1) , juice of the Lemon (1/2) , Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a small bowl and pour into a small jug or jar to serve alongside the salad.
